1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the MARLII LAB X Farrago Skin & Body Joint Competition & Bridal Giveaway ("Competition") hosted collaboratively by MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body ("we," "us," or "our"). By entering the Competition, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Social Media Requirements: Participants must follow both MARLII LAB (@marlii_lab) and Farrago Skin & Body (@farragoskinandbody) on Instagram.
Entry Methods:
- Like the competition post = One entry.
- Tag three people in a comment under the competition post = One entry per comment (multiple entries are allowed).
- Share the competition post to their Instagram Story = One entry.
Exclusions:
Employees of MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
Start Date and Time: 1 December 2024 at 9:00 AM ACDT.
End Date and Time: 23 December 2024 at 11:59 PM ACDT.
Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be eligible.
4. PRIZE
Description: The prize includes products and/or services from both MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body, as specified in the competition details.
Prize Value: The total value of the prize will be detailed in the competition announcement.
Conditions:
- The prize is valid for six (6) months from the winner announcement date and must be redeemed within this period.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If an extension is required, the winner must request it within the six-month validity period. Extensions of up to three (3) months may be granted at the discretion of MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body.
5. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Competition, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:
- Follow both @marlii_lab and @farragoskinandbody.
- Like the competition post.
- Tag three (3) unique individuals in a comment under the competition post (each comment equals one entry).
- Share the competition post to their Instagram Story for an additional entry.
Multiple Entries: Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different individuals in separate comments. Duplicate tags within the same entry will not be counted.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Selection Method: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a fair and transparent method.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on 24 December 2024 (Christmas Eve) via Instagram Stories on both @marlii_lab and @farragoskinandbody accounts.
Notification: MARLII LAB will notify the winner directly via Instagram Direct Message on 24 December 2024.
Response Deadline: The winner must respond within 30 days of the notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. PRIZE COLLECTION AND REDEMPTION
The winner is responsible for coordinating the use of the prize with both MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body. Contact details for Farrago Skin & Body will be provided after the winner is confirmed.
The prize must be redeemed in full within six (6) months of the announcement date unless an extension is granted.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA USE
The winner’s contact details will be shared between MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body solely for prize coordination purposes.
All personal information will be securely stored and deleted once the prize has been claimed or the competition concludes.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win the Competition.
Fraudulent Activity: Entries made through automated systems, fake accounts, or other fraudulent means will be disqualified.
Publicity: By entering, participants agree to the use of their Instagram handle, name, and/or photo for promotional purposes by MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body without additional compensation.
10. UNCLAIMED PRIZE
If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of the announcement, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of eligible entries.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.
12. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION
MARLII LAB and Farrago Skin & Body reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
