Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a change of mind can occur, which is why MARLII LAB accepts returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item. If you purchased an item at full price, we offer exchanges and store credits with some conditions. However, we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing it, our customer care team is available at hello@marliilab.com to assist you.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original MARLII LAB packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the item is damaged, not in its original saleable condition, or shows signs of wear, we will return it to the buyer at their expense.

MARLII LAB aims to process returns daily, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you by email when our team members have processed your return.

Fine Jewellery

We are happy to exchange fine jewellery rings for a different size within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that size exchanges for gold and silver rings may incur a fee. Personalised engravings on fine jewellery items make them ineligible for returns. Additionally, Fine Letter Necklaces with two or more letters cannot be returned due to their personalised nature. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Engagement Rings

Due to the personalised nature of engagement rings and wedding bands, we cannot accept returns for these items.

Personal Engraved Jewellery

Engraved products, including personalised engravings on fine jewellery, cannot be returned. Please ensure that all information provided for engraving is accurate before submitting your order.

Bespoke Jewellery

Bespoke pieces are made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Discounted and Sale Items

All MARLII LAB pieces purchased at a discount, including those on sale, are not eligible for return.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, we apologise for the inconvenience and will dispatch a replacement piece to you free of charge. This applies only if the item is deemed faulty upon delivery.
