At MARLII LAB, each piece is thoughtfully made to order. Because of the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- repair
- replacement
- refund
- store credit, where appropriate
Returning a Faulty Item for Assessment
To begin the assessment process, please contact our team with:
- details of the issue
- relevant photographs
- your proof of purchase
If the item is assessed as faulty, we will provide instructions for returning it to us. Once received and inspected, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution.
If a fault is confirmed, return shipping costs will be covered by MARLII LAB.

What Is Not Covered
Our returns and warranty policy does not cover:
- general wear and tear
- tarnishing, oxidation, or fading of plating over time
- broken chains caused by wear or accidental damage
- scratched or marked stones
- bent rings or earrings caused by wear or accidental damage
- alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from MARLII LAB are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance will remain available for future use until the card expires, if applicable.
