Where we are.
Our head office is in Adelaide, South Australia. There is no showroom to walk into — the work is shown at private viewings, by appointment, a few times a year, and on camera at video appointments most weeks of the year. We have a permanent team in Adelaide, and they are the people who answer when you write.
Resizing, repairs, warranty claims and anything else after a ring is delivered are handled from Adelaide. For clients in the United Kingdom, the work itself is carried out at our London workshop.
