These rings are asymmetric by design. A stone set off-centre, a band that splits and rejoins, a diamond tilted away from the expected axis — decisions that make the ring read differently depending on where you are standing.

They ask more of the wearer than a solitaire does, and they reward it. A wedding band is best chosen after the ring rather than with it, because the line each one takes is particular to that piece.
