Where we are.
Our head office is in Adelaide, South Australia. There is no showroom to walk into — the work is shown at private viewings, by appointment, a few times a year — but there is a permanent team here, and they are the people who answer when you write.
Resizing, repairs, warranty claims and anything else after a ring is delivered are handled from Adelaide, by the same people who took your order. Not a call centre, and not the workshop.
