WARRANTY COVERAGE

Engagement and Wedding Rings:
Every MARLII LAB engagement and wedding ring is covered under a lifetime warranty upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase.

Ready-to-Wear Jewellery:
Our ready-to-wear jewellery comes with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase, as long as you can provide a valid proof of purchase.

WARRANTY TERMS

Within the applicable warranty period, if your jewellery requires repair due to a manufacturing fault, we will provide a full repair and servicing at no charge. To initiate a warranty claim, please use our online repair portal.

Please note that manufacturing faults do not include damage due to general wear and tear, tarnishing, oxidation, fading of plating, broken chains, scratched or marked stones, or bending of rings or earrings. These issues are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under our warranty.

POST-WARRANTY AND NO PROOF OF PURCHASE REPAIRS

Even after the warranty period has expired or if you cannot provide proof of purchase, we are dedicated to ensuring your jewellery remains beautiful for years to come. We offer repair services for the lifetime of your piece for a nominal fee. To arrange a repair, please use our online repair portal, where you will be able to submit your piece for assessment and receive a quote for the repair cost.

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS

Our warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. MARLII LAB adheres to all consumer guarantees as outlined in the Australian Consumer Law. For more information on your consumer rights, please visit the Australian Consumer Law website.
