At MARLII LAB, the diamonds we work with and the settings we design are made with one intention: that you will still want to wear this ring in forty years, and so will whoever comes after you.

We work with old-world cuts — old mine, moval, cushion, rose cut. These are diamonds that were shaped before modern cutting standards optimised for brilliance above all else. The result is a stone that glows rather than flashes. Softer, warmer, and full of the kind of character that makes a ring feel as though it already has a history, even when it is new.

The Marlii Cutaway
The settings we make are designed to hold old-world stones the way they deserve. Our signature setting opens the architecture beneath the stone, allowing light to reach the diamond from every angle — while keeping the ring low, comfortable, and flush beside a wedding band without compromising the profile.

A conversation
We begin with an appointment — in person at a private viewing or virtually, from anywhere. We will ask questions, show you stones, and listen to what you cannot quite put into words.
The Design
We source stones, refine proportions, and consider every detail. We prepare design artwork and renders for your approval before anything is made.
Making
Your ring is handcrafted by our jewellers in Australia or London. We keep you updated throughout and maintain open communication every step of the way.
Yours
Your ring arrives finished and ready to be worn. The beginning of something made to be kept — and one day, perhaps, passed on.
